Hampton Station Pizza & Records in Tampa, FL, is a truly unique destination that masterfully blends the best of three worlds: pizza, craft beer, and vinyl records. Located at 5921 N Nebraska Ave, this vibrant spot offers an inviting atmosphere that perfectly complements its diverse offerings, making it a must-visit for locals and visitors alike.
Stepping into Hampton Station, guests immediately feel the warm, welcoming vibe—a mix of casual neighborhood hangout and energetic bar with tunes from their rotating record collection or live DJs playing classic old-school beats. The outdoor patio is a dog-friendly oasis, ideal for relaxing with friends over a slice or two under the Florida sky.
At the heart of the experience is their pizza, which has garnered widespread acclaim for its authentic New York-style flavor and texture. The crust strikes a beautiful balance—crispy on the outside yet perfectly soft and chewy within—while their signature marinara sauce is tangy and rich, enrobing a generous layer of Grande mozzarella cheese. Popular picks include the Margherita Pizza, boasting fresh tomatoes and mozzarella with a fragrant basil finish; the hearty Meat Pizza, loaded with pepperoni, sausage, ham, meatballs, and bacon; and the creative Meatball Pepperoni Jalapeno Pizza that offers just the right kick. Vegetarians and health-conscious diners will appreciate fresh options like the Greek Salad and the crisp, garden-fresh Veggie Pizza loaded with mushrooms, olives, and green peppers.
The menu is rounded out by tempting sides such as Garlic Cheese Bread, Mango Habanero Wings (when available), and specialty calzones stuffed with rich and savory fillings like meats, mushrooms, and ricotta. Though customers lament the wings' occasional absence, the quality and flavor of the pizza more than make up for it.
Complementing the food is an impressive selection of craft beers and wines, including a variety of IPAs and the delightful Menage Trois Wine. Beverage choices are thoughtfully curated, ensuring that every slice has the perfect liquid companion. Bar service is noted for being friendly and knowledgeable—Lindsey, in particular, is lauded for her attentive and personable approach, elevating the dining experience.

We had a wonderful experience! The pizza was AMAZING; the crust was crisp and flavorful and the sauce was tasty. I'm from NY and this is similar to NY pizza in both texture and flavor. The beer selection was pretty good; they had about 10 options on draught, with MANY bottled/canned choices as well. Unfortunately, they no longer serve wings but the pizza was so good we didn't mind. The service was also excellent! Both the server and bartender were friendly and attentive. The place has a chill vibe, too, which I'm sure is aided by the Adults Only rule. We wish we lived closer; we would be regular guests for sure!
Finally got to check out Hampton Station recently, glad it did. It was a Friday night, good local crowd out. There was a live DJ playing great old school music, totally set the vibe. I sat outside in the patio, had the Margherita Pizza which was awesome! Cooked perfectly with a crispy crust! Washed it down with a great IPA on tap! This is definitely a good hangout spot, perfect to meet up with friends for good food and beers. I will definitely be coming back and visiting again!
This was one of the coolest places we've been to in a while! They had vegan cheese which was a major plus! The pizza was AMAZING! Wood fired and delicious! My husband had a calzone which he said was one of the best he's had in ages. They let our dog on the patio as well, which was nice. The waiter (I'm forgot his name unfortunately ) but he was awesome. Very personable and Recommended great beers to go with pizza. I recommend Hampton Station to anyone looking for great pizza and just a cool vibe. Will be back! I was too excited to eat to take pictures of the food. Sorry!
Total vibe Loved everything about this place! The pizza gave serious Anthony’s Coal Fired energy — crisp, flavorful, and just right. Definitely coming back for round two!
I live in this area and frequent Hampton station almost once a week and I LOVE it. The pizza is the closest to a north east pizza that I’ve had since I’ve been in Florida (9 years btw) and I’m genuinely so relieved to finally have found good pizza in Florida. I also adore Lindsey who I believe is the main server, she’s the best and always on it with drinks! This place even makes me want to buy a record player just from the vibes. 10/10 love it here
This is hands down my favorite pizza in Seminole heights . The vibe is great in there and there is a large outdoor patio that is dog friendly . 10/10
